You’re not broken (and you don’t need fixing)

After 30+ years trapped in the self-help cycle, I discovered what they don’t want you to know.

Growing up in the 80’s, questioning what to do with my life co-incided with the sudden explosion of the self-help industry. Bookshop shelves were suddenly brimming with gurus, telling me how to run my life, make money, find love, be happy …

As a result, I was trained into thinking I needed more information, an ‘expert’ to tell me what to do, a book to show me what I was searching for. I spent 30+ years seeking the answers outside.

When I suddenly found myself caring for my dying parents, hundreds of miles from home and with no other family support, I realised my own self-help was all I needed. It caused me to stop and think: what is true SELF-help?

So I wrote a book condensing 30+ years of learning stuff the hard way, into a light, easy to read romp through what actually works. Oh, and it exposes the tricks of self-help ‘gurus’, the advertising industry and even your own self- sabotage along the way.

The missing piece every self-help book ignores!

Yes, you can buy my book from Amazon etc, but if you buy it direct from me I often pop in little extras and freebies as I pack each order myself 🙂
