How we start

  • A half-day diagnostic: I listen, observe, and map where perspective shifts will have the most effect.

  • You meet me in the room before you commit.

  • Fixed fee for the diagnostic; programme proposal follows.

 

Fees (guide)

  • Founder coaching (6 months): £8,000-£10,000.

  • Cohort programme (12 months): £18,000-£30,000 depending on size and scope.

  • Retainer (embedded): from £4,000/month (12 month minimum).
