How This Programme Works
There are a number of ways you can work through The Wandering Lightbulb programme, but there’s only one way to get the absolute best from it:
You need to do the work.
You need to read or watch each part of the programme, do the exercises, take time to listen to your responses and reactions to the information you’re learning. You need to suspend any judgement that arises and apply the techniques you are being introduced to because learning and applying that knowledge is the only way you can change things in your life. A bit of belief and faith in the process doesn’t go amiss 🙂
This programme works, and will carry on working your whole life, so give it your best shot.
Having said all that, the programme needs to be followed with the sections in chronological order, as each builds on the last, however you can work through it in a number of ways:
- You could work methodically through the programme, doing the exercises as you go. This could be every week, or month, or whenever you’re free. Once you’re signed in there’s no time limit for completion.
- Perhaps you would prefer to deep-dive and really focus on each section at a time, immursing yourself in the topic, exploring your response to it? If you like to work this way, there is a reading list and further information at the end of every section.
- You might work methodically through the programme but notice resistance to completing some of the exercises. Resistance will strongest at the most important sections for you, so those sections cannot be skipped through. If you are stuck and need additional support please refer to the resources download attached to that section which will help you get on your way again.
- You are welcome to work through the course with a friend. Although your friend cannot access the course unless they sign up too, you can share the attached PDF resources with them and make some time in your week/month to work on the course together. This is great way to increase your understanding together and gain support. Please note: this course is not suitable to run for a group. Please get in touch if you need it in a group format.
Firstly though, fill in the attached Who Am I? resource. It is a good starting point and you will be able to revisit and reflect on this exercise at different stages in the programme. Also attached here is a blank Reflective Diary page. You can print as many as you need and use them for your thoughts throughout the programme, although just a regular notepad is just as good 🙂
A quick note about my book, The Last Self-Help Book You’ll Ever Need, if you don’t already have a copy then I will be happy to send you one when you register for this programme. It is not essential to read it before working through The Wandering Lightbulb programme, but it does provide more detail and context to some of the topics discussed.
ALSO: You can access the first two sections of this programme to see if it’s your kind of thing. If it is and you want to access the rest, you simply sign up and you can have instant access to everything. I require sign-up so that I know you are on my course when you book a 121 session in with me as all members of The Wandering Lightbulb programme have two free sessions. Please note: you need to sign up to the programme, before signing in for the first time.
